Chef PArtner Program

A meal shared is one of the oldest acts of togetherness. When we break bread together, we build bonds of community that nourish both the body and the spirit.

The Route 1 Chef Partner Program

We know your customers expect a delicious, first-class experience every time they visit your restaurant. That’s why we’re committed to providing the highest quality ingredients you need to create consistent, world-class entrées, every time.

Route 1 offers locally-grown, farm-to-table produce to Twin Cities restaurants, delivered in hours, not weeks. We proudly serve amazing Twin Cities restaurants such as Spoon and Stable, Earl Giles, and Chilango.

Located just minutes from Minneapolis and St. Paul, our hydroponic farm allows us to deliver produce at its peak freshness—picked and delivered on the same day.

By partnering with Route 1, you also support Black, Brown, and Indigenous farmers in Minnesota, strengthening our community and promoting a more equitable and sustainable local food system.

Did you know...

California and Arizona produce most of the lettuce grown in the U.S. from Nov. to April, traveling more than 1,900 miles to reach the Twin Cities.

We offer a fresher option. Route 1's hydroponic farm is located just 20 miles west of Minneapolis, allowing us to deliver your order the same day it is harvested.
